ABOUT ARTIST /STUDIO

Brandi Ballard Rodgers (yes that is where the B. is from) began her interest in photography while in high school serving as a photographer on the yearbook staff.  Upon entering college, she began her study of photography and hasn’t looked back since. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in photography from Sam Houston State University.  Brandi began her early photographic career photographing many weddings.  After starting a family, she was soon inspired by her two beautiful daughters, to create timeless baby and children’s portraits.  Brandi has over 30 years of photographic experience. She has been a photographic instructor for the past 23 years and is currently an adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University teaching photography in the Fine Arts Department.  She continues her photographic education by studying around the country.  Brandi is also an active member of the Professional Photographers of America.

Brandi is available for local, domestic and international travel, especially for weddings. Families also travel to Dallas from around the country to commission her photographic work.
